Want some peer support for a morning workout out of doors in a peaceful and restorative setting? Come do some exercise with us! Core circuits, stretching, and strength training.
This is especially good for the equestrian looking to add a little strength and control to their ride, or for folks needing a little accountability to get moving.
All abilities welcome. (Bring a yoga mat or towel if you would like for laying in the field and wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to move!)
