The healing benefits of being out in nature, such as reductions in anxiety and depression, are well-supported by scientific research. On this Therapeutic Wellness Walk, participants will be led through self-reflective and meditative exercises facilitated by a Green Button Counseling licensed clinical therapist, and guided through trails at night with a Trustees staff. Framed by woodlands, spring wildflowers, and ponds, this walk offers an ideal space to recharge and connect.
