Join Green Button, partnering with Ninjamoto for our automotive component, for an introduction to basic car maintenance and assessment for trouble shooting and increasing your car mechanical know-how, followed by a discussion about managing your own financial and physical health, before an animal assisted activity for developing and implementing your own mental health support plan.

Wearing closed-toed shoes and weather appropriate comfortable clothing is recommended, as is bringing a water bottle.
